We at Unifeeder are committed to delivering exceptional customer service. As a Feeder Customer Service Agent, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers’ cargo moves seamlessly and efficiently within the geographical region you’ll be responsible for.

Enjoy the flexibility of remote work a few days a week while maintaining close connections with customers and other Unifeeder offices. In the day-to-day, you will be working out of our Hamburg office. Here you will be a part of a team, working closely together to ensure a constant focus on customer service quality, and simultaneously striving for optimal utilization of our vessel capacity to achieve our ambitious goals of servicing our customers best possible. 


Your areas of responsibility 

  • Efficient Operations: Handle sailing requests, create pre-bookings in our system, and ensure booking data accuracy.
  • Capacity Management: Conduct daily capacity checks and capacity planning, optimizing vessel utilization.
  • Collaboration: Maintain close contact with internal stakeholders to achieve our ambitious customer service goals.

 

Who are you

You’re not just any candidate; you’re a dynamic and agile professional with a passion for logistics. Your operational skills and profound knowledge in logistics and/or shipping set you apart. But it’s not just about qualifications – it’s about who you are as a person.

Here’s what we’re looking for: 

  • Experience and Education: You’ve got a background in logistics or shipping. Whether you’ve worked in the field or studied it, your expertise matters.
  • Outside-the-box-Thinker: Challenges don’t intimidate you; they inspire you. You see opportunities where others see roadblocks. Your creative problem-solving approach sets you apart.
  • Attention to Detail: Your meticulous nature ensures that nothing slips past you. Whether it’s data accuracy or process intricacies, you’ve got it covered.

  • Language Skills: You’re fluent in both English and German. Any further language, Is a bonus!
  • Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with MS Office – after all, it’s your trusty sidekick.
