As an Accounting Specialist in our Finance Department, you will play an important role in ensuring accurate and timely financial operations related to supplier contracts, tariffs, and invoice processes across multiple regions.

In this role, you will work with contract and invoice validation, resolve discrepancies, support budget tracking and purchase control, and contribute to operational reporting.  

The role is preferably based in Poland, ideally in or near Gdynia/Tricity, especially during onboarding and training.

As a Financial Controller, you manage and oversee financial operations to ensure the organization's financial health and stability by providing accurate financial information, optimizing processes, and managing risks.

This position is based at our headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark, which will relocate to our new state-of-the-art facility, Irmahus, in Aarhus Ø in early 2027. We are seeking candidates who are already based in Denmark.

As a Student Assistant – AI, you will help design, develop, implement, and maintain AI solutions that support Shipping Solutions’ AI journey. You will work closely with our AI Lead to explore new technologies, build proof of concepts, and support the development of intelligent tools such as Shipmate and other AI agents that enhance operational efficiency across our business.

This is an onsite role at our headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark, with the possibility to work from home in alignment with your manager. Working hours are flexible to fit your study schedule, and we are looking for candidates already based in Aarhus.
