As a Commercial Process Excellence Specialist, you will be pivotal in analyzing, optimizing, and standardizing commercial processes across our global organization.
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Business Partnering and collaborating with Unifeeder A/S’ Transformation Team, you will lead initiatives that enhance efficiency, consistency, and customer value.
This high-impact role requires deep engagement with commercial units and cross-functional teams across Unifeeder’s international footprint. You will help ensure that our commercial processes are digitally enabled, scalable, and aligned with best practices.
This position is based at our headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark. However, for the right candidate, a hybrid work model can be discussed.
Head of Business Development

As Head of Business Development, you will be instrumental in driving both organic growth and inorganic expansion through mergers and acquisitions.
You will lead a high-impact team of experts and work in close collaboration with local stakeholders, Unifeeder colleagues in overseas offices, as well as experts at our parent company, DP World, to drive strategic growth.
You will report to Søren Castbak, Chief Commercial Officer.
The preferred job location is at our headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark, but for the right candidate, a hybrid work model can be agreed upon. We are seeking candidates who are already based in Denmark, and proficiency in English is essential.
Category Manager

As our new category manager, you will be joining a highly engaged procurement team, focused on enabling Unifeeder to deliver on strategic objectives in Europe, Americas and Africa.
You will be joining Unifeeder at extremely interesting times, as we are transforming our business and way of working to ensure efficiency, transparency and scalability.
This position is located at our headquarters in Aarhus N, which during 2026 will be moving to our new state-of-the-art home at Aarhus Ø.
Central Operations Manager
Join our team as Central Operations Manager at Unifeeder A/S
As the new Central Operational Manager for Northern Europe (NEU), you will be responsible for leading and developing the five operators within the Central Operations team in Aarhus.
The team coordinates, prioritizes, and plans port calls for 40 vessels across NEU, working closely with local operational teams in Hamburg, Gdynia, and Copenhagen. We value trust, humor, and professional curiosity and take pride in contributing actively to Unifeeder’s sustainability goals through smarter operations.
This position is in our headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark, and travelling should be expected (30-40 days annually). You will report to Anders Flarup Lund, Operations Director, and will be collaborating across our entire Network & Operations function.
Marine Operator - Central Duty Function
Join our team as Marine Operator at Unifeeder A/S in Poland
As a Marine Operator, reporting to the Central Duty Function Manager, you will handle marine tasks across Unifeeder’s operational areas. From ensuring vessels are on time to coordinating with terminals and updating internal systems, your role is crucial for maintaining efficient operations.
The preferred location for this position is our office in Gdynia, Poland. Some travel is expected (est. 5-10 days annually). We are seeking candidates who are already based in Poland.
Port Captain, Scandinavia
As the Port Captain, reporting to the Local Operations Director, you will play a pivotal role in the Scandinavian ports and terminals. You will serve as the primary liaison between the port/terminal and the Unifeeder Local Operations Manager, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
Your role will involve overseeing the safe and efficient handling of our vessels, ensuring smooth operations. You will analyze data related to productivity, idle time, waiting time, additional costs, overtime, and general operational issues, contributing to the continuous improvement of our operational excellence.
You will drive and foster professional relationships with terminals, vessel management, local residual and liquid waste collectors, tugboat companies, as well as internal stakeholders.
Customer Excellence Specialist (M/F/D)
As a Customer Excellence Specialist, you will join a team of experts dedicated to gaining deep insights into customer requirements and enhancing their loyalty to Unifeeder.
You will drive the reinvention of how Customer Service is positioned within Unifeeder departments and interacts with Capacity Management, Sales, Operations, etc.
You will join a young, independent, and multi-cultural Customer Excellence team of 4-5 members in Hamburg.
IT Business Partner
As our new IT Business Partner, you will work closely together with an international team of 7 IT Business Partners based across 3 different locations, each one responsible for a part of the Unifeeder business areas.
You will be supporting the key operational functions of the Unifeeder business towards the critical services of Ports and Harbor Terminal Services – a complex landscape of international shipping services.
You will work as a translator between the Operational Business Team and the IT organization, and your most important focus is to make IT create real impact on the business!
