As Key Account Manager, you will take responsibility for managing some of Unifeeder’s most important customers. These customers represent a significant share of Unifeeder’s business, requiring strong commercial acumen, customer centricity, stakeholder management, and solution-oriented thinking.

You will act as the customer’s trusted advisor, negotiate service contracts, find network solutions, identify growth opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining profitability. 

This position can be based preferably in our Aarhus or Hamburg office, depending on the candidate’s profile and preference. International travel is to be expected.

As Capacity Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing capacity utilization for a group of Unifeeder’s container vessels and driving daily operations that create value for both Unifeeder and our customers.

You will join a team that sits at the very heart of Unifeeder – where planning, coordination, and decision-making in real time keep our service reliable and competitive.

This position is based at our headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark, and you will occasionally travel to meet colleagues, partners, and customers (est. 20 travelling days annually). We seek candidates already residing in Denmark.  

As a Student Assistant – Data Scientist, you will help design, develop, implement, and maintain AI solutions that support Unifeeder’s AI journey.  

You will work closely with our AI Lead to explore new technologies, build proofs of concept, and support the development of intelligent tools such as AI agents that enhance operational efficiency across our business. 

This is an onsite role at our headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark, with the possibility to work from home in alignment with your manager. Working hours are flexible to fit your study schedule.  

As Administration Coordinator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our Gdynia office.

Key areas include reception duties, travel coordination, insurance administration, invoice handling, vendor coordination, and office maintenance. You will partner with teams across the organization and with local suppliers to embed organizational excellence into daily operations and decision-making.

This onsite position is based at our office in Gdynia. Candidates from the Tricity area are preferred. Proficiency in Polish and English (verbal and written) is essential.

As Sales Director, West in Shortsea Sales (primary market in Benelux and Germany), you will be responsible for ensuring close relationships with new as well as existing customers at any given time. Moreover, you will lead the Region West sales for Shortsea SME customers, drive a hunting culture in the local sales office(s), and grow the customer portfolio mainly through business acquisition.

In this role, you will focus on driving business development and enhancing our customer-focused culture. You will plan and conduct customer meetings, negotiate contracts, and ensure a seamless handover to the Customer Service team.

This position is based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, and we are seeking candidates who are already based in the Netherlands. 

As a Customer Excellence Specialist, you will join a team of experts dedicated to gaining deep insights into customer requirements and enhancing their loyalty to Unifeeder.

You will drive the reinvention of how Customer Service is positioned within Unifeeder departments and interacts with Capacity Management, Sales, Operations, etc.

You will join a young, independent, and multi-cultural Customer Excellence team of 4-5 members in Hamburg.
