About the program

Kick-start your career with Unifeeder Group

Our graduate program is designed to prepare you for an international career within Shipping & Logistics, Business Development, Finance, Procurement or Innovations & Project Management.

We offer you a two-year journey, where you will get international experience and the tools required to make a difference in the industry.

After the two-year program, you will be ready to take on a key role at one of our office locations around the world.

The graduate journey

During the 2-year program, you will have multiple rotations in several different countries, including rotation at our Headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark, to ensure that you get full insight into how we run our business.

The first rotation is planned in your home country to facilitate your smooth adaptation to Unifeeder environment.

Individual career plan

We offer you an individual career plan, continued professional development through our Academy, a mentor, a buddy, and highly skilled colleagues. During the program, you will get hands-on experience and international project work experience, and through the Academy, you will get the tools needed to get the Unifeeder values, business model, and DNA under your skin.

Do you qualify?

Your journey begins here

You are ambitious and eager to push the limits of our business. You are willing to learn, contribute and apply knowledge.

Furthermore, you:

  • Have recently graduated (or will graduate in the Summer of 2024) with a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Transport & Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Shipping and Trade, Finance and/or Accounting, Information Technology Management, International Business or similar.
  • Speak and write English fluently
  • Are ready to live and work internationally
  • Preferably have international experience outside your home country (work, study or project abroad)
  • Are 100 % mobile to pursue a further career abroad.

When should I have finished my degree?

  • In order to apply you need to have finalized your Master’s degree not more than two years ago.

Where will the rotations be?

  • The Graduate Program consists of rotations in various countries across Unifeeder geographies.

Where will I be relocated when I am done?

  • After the program, it will be possible to work at one of the Unifeeder  offices located around the world.
