Join our People team in Aarhus, where you will work alongside the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, Business Partners, People Coordinator, and other key functions. You will also interact with external stakeholders, contributing to our mission of attracting top talent from Denmark and internationally.

Your responsibilities
As a Student Assistant in Talent Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our employer branding and recruitment processes. Your contributions will ensure seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
Key responsibilities include:
- Optimizing and documenting recruitment processes for efficiency
- Contributing to employer branding initiatives
- Assisting with HR and recruitment-related tasks, including:
- Candidate screening and communication
- Scheduling interviews
- Preboarding tasks
- Onboarding activities (office tour, vessel visit, intro day, etc.)
- Administrative support
Who are you?
We are seeking a proactive and organized student who thrives in dynamic environments and is eager to learn. Your field of study is less important than your mindset, problem-solving skills, and initiative.
To succeed in this role, you should:
- Be enrolled in higher education (from the 4th semester of a bachelor's program onwards, including master’s students)
- Have a genuine interest in recruitment, employer branding, and process optimization
- Be comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, and handling data-driven tasks
- Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Be a clear communicator who enjoys collaborating with diverse stakeholders
- Be proactive, independent, and team-oriented
- Be fluent in English (both verbal and written). Speaking Danish is a plus but not required.
