Unifeeder A/S is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Student Assistant – Business Support to join our Business Support Team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supporting corporate sales operations through technical and analytical tasks.
Working in the Business Support Team at Unifeeder & P&O Ferrymasters
As a Student Assistant in Business Support for Corporate Sales, your main responsibilities will include assisting the organization with technical support for CRM and WinMore (Tender Platform), working closely with the Business Support Manager.
Your tasks and responsibilities will involve maintaining data quality, conducting performance follow-ups, testing new deployments, providing training to the organization, and supporting the Business Support Manager with tools and process developments.
Additionally, your overall responsibilities will encompass general business support for the company, as well as contributing analysis where needed.
This is an onsite position at our headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark, with the possibility of working from home in alignment with the manager.
The position is a 1-year contract with flexible hours to fit your academic schedule, with the possibility of extension. We are seeking candidates who are already based in Aarhus, Denmark.

Key responsibilities
- Support with analytics of CRM/WinMore data for Sales/Products etc.
- Support the function towards the commercial organization for all CRM-related matters including maintaining data quality and conducting performance follow-up/training
- Maintenance and development for CRM
- Support and maintenance for WinMore
- Support the Business Support Manager in the development of tools for commercial use, e.g., reports, dashboards, and/or process optimization
- Support with analytics of CRM/WinMore data for Sales/Products
Who are you?
You are proactive, change-oriented, and excited to be part of a fast-paced transformation journey. Moreover, you are highly motivated by and genuinely interested in process optimization.
Furthermore, we expect you to:
- Be enrolled in higher education (master’s students) in Digital Business Management, Operations and Supply Chain Analytics, International Business, or a similar field
- Have a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Be comfortable with navigating new software and systems
- Be comfortable with handling data-driven tasks and assisting with technical support
- Be fluent in English (both verbal and written). Speaking Danish is a plus but not required
