Working in Network & Operations at Unifeeder

As a Process Excellence Specialist, you will ensure our Network & Operations function is efficient, reliable, and scalable. You will lead projects to enhance operational efficiency across teams, levels, and regions. Your work will optimize processes & performance, reduce risks, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

This position is in our headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark, with some travel expected (10-20 days annually).

You will report to Henrik Overgaard, Procurement Director, where you will join a diverse team of four, and you will be collaborating across our entire Network & Operations function.

Key responsibilities

• Project Management: Lead optimization initiatives and manage projects within the function.
• Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to prioritize and execute optimization initiatives. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Process Improvement: Implement best practices and ensure continuity and alignment across locations.
• Automation: Drive automation efforts to improve efficiency and oversee the implementation of new systems.
• Data Analysis: Track and interpret performance metrics, providing actionable insights.
  
  

Who are you?

You have delivered tangible and significant process and performance improvements in an operational environment, with 5+ years of relevant work experience.

We expect you to have:

• Business Knowledge: Thorough understanding of processes within Operations and how these interconnects with the rest of the company.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in process & performance optimization using methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma. Strong data analysis skills.
• Personal Competencies: Effective communication and relationship-building skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable, focusing on delivering value through collaboration and improvements.

• A positive mindset with an agile and pragmatic approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven with a high sense of urgency
• Fluency in English (verbal and written)
