The IT project manager role will directly enable our determination to double operational capacity, shaping smarter processes and creating more effective digital solutions.

As a trusted project manager, you will work closely with colleagues across functions to ensure IT initiatives support and strengthen our business. Your work will have a visible impact on our organization’s success.

You will join our dedicated IT Transformation team of seven, where every member's voice matters.

This is an onsite position at our headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark, with an estimated travel requirement of 15-20 days per year. We are seeking candidates who are already based in Denmark.

Your responsibilities

As our IT Project Manager, you will help us deliver impactful IT projects that drive efficiency and enable growth across our global organization.

You will manage vendor relationships and ensure seamless software integration, while promoting structure, collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.

Key areas of responsibilities:

Project Execution & Delivery:

• Develop a deep understanding of project objectives, strategies, and stakeholders to address key business challenges.
• Drive project progress by mobilizing and motivating teams, proactively managing risks, and overcoming obstacles to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Business Analysis:

• Conduct thorough business analysis to ensure technological investments directly address core business needs.

Change Management:

• Lead and implement change within Unifeeder, ensuring adaptation to the change, and securing the realization of the expected value.
• Support the adoption of IT operating model and facilitate cultural shifts to optimize IT operations and alignment.

Who are you?

You have a background in project management (or a related field) and 5+ years of experience as a project manager. Experience in a large international company is a plus.

We expect you to have a positive mindset, a can-do attitude, and strong project management skills. Your ability to motivate and influence others will be key to your success.

Additionally, you bring:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to set direction and manage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to lead, facilitate, and make decisions confidently.
• Comfortable leading, facilitating dialogue, and making decisions in collaboration with others.
• Fluency in English (both verbal and written) at a professional level. Danish is a plus but not required.
• You are self-driven and thrive in a culture of autonomy and mutual trust.
