We are looking for a Student Assistant to join our People team at our headquarters in Aarhus. You will work closely with our People Coordinator, Business Partners, Talent Acquisition Partner, Payroll team, and other functions within our organization as well as external stakeholders.
You will be part of a People team that works across countries to support Unifeeder's HR functions. From day one, you will be paired with experienced colleagues who will support your learning and provide insight into our HR processes.

Your responsibilities
As our HR Student Assistant, you will assist with various HR tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operation.
Your support will be invaluable in areas such as:
- Employee creation in Oracle and maintenance
- Contract draft and distribution
- Salary adjustments (annually)
- Administrative backlog tasks:
- EPOS documents salary/performance
- Cleanup on drive and structure
- Shared drive – GDPR-secured
- Document management and follow-up
- Academy administration
- Host and project manager for 'New Employees' day, workshops and other events
- Update organizational charts
- Handbook responsible
- People site (SharePoint)
Who are you?
We are looking for a proactive and structured student who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn. Your field of study is not the most important factor – what truly matters is your mindset, problem-solving skills, and willingness to take initiative.
To succeed in this role, you should:
- Be enrolled in higher education (from the 4th semester of a bachelor's program onwards, including master’s students)
- Have a natural interest in HR, people, and process optimization
- Be comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, and handling data-driven tasks
- Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Be a clear communicator who enjoys collaborating with different stakeholders
- Have a proactive, independent, and structured approach to work
- Be collaborative and team-oriented
- Be fluent in English (both verbal and written). Speaking Danish is a plus but not required.
