Join our team as a People Business Partner - Maternity Cover at DP World's Shipping Solutions (formerly Unifeeder A/S)

Aarhus, Denmark

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact on a dynamic, global environment? As one of our colleagues will be going on maternity leave, we are looking for an experienced and engaged People Business Partner to join our team for a one-year period.

The position is expected to run from 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2027, with some flexibility on both start and end date.

Working in People at Shipping Solutions

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across two of our core business functions. You will help strengthen engagement and retention by leading key projects and driving core People processes.

This role combines strategic People Business Partnering with operational execution. You will play an important part in supporting leaders and employees, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and ethical standards, and contributing to development initiatives across the organization.

You will report to Lykke Saksager Svare, Chief People Officer, and collaborate closely with a small team of People Business Partners working across geographies.

This position is based at our headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark, which will relocate to our new state-of-the-art facility, Irmahus in Aarhus Ø, in early 2027. We are therefore looking for candidates who are already based in Denmark.

As you will support two business functions across multiple locations, including Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, Cyprus, and Panama, you must be fluent in both Danish and English, written and spoken.
