Your key responsibilities:


  • Establish, maintain and continuously strengthen relationships with our customer base by establishing proactive communication and a “hands on” attitude
  • Naturally drive a positive/open dialogue with a timely and constructive approach, even if/when things are not working out as planned
  • Embed proactive booking management in day-to-day execution within the team ensuring best possible utilization of vessels combined with maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Actively seek good working relationships, living the company’s values and targeting constant improvements
  • Work constructively with colleagues/ to secure maximum value of cross-training opportunities and work-load levelling within and between teams for personal development and improved productivity and service
  • Develop relationships with and maintain close contact with internal stakeholders (CS teams in other locations, Capacity Management, SSC Team in Gdynia)
  • Develop relationships with and maintain close contact with external stakeholders (Port terminals, customs authorities)
  • Cooperate closely with Product Management Tank & Bulk
  • Demonstrate willingness to travel when / if needed to meet customers

    Your profile


  • Dynamic profile with operational skills and profound knowledge preferably within the Tank & Bulk business
  • Relevant Bachelor/Master’s degree and/or Shipping/Logistics education
  • Motivation in optimizing processes, while also enjoying unexpected challenges or changes
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers
  • Sense of urgency

  • Business fluency in English
