The main responsibilities include handling an efficient and proactive booking process, as well as a strong operational service delivery to our customers.

You will be a part of an agile and high performing team ensuring a constant focus on customer service quality and at the same time striving for the optimal utilisation of our assets to achieve our ambitious goals.
In a daily operation with high pace and complexity you must be able to keep our goals and results in clear sight and at the same time have full focus on our customers to deliver as promised.
Areas of responsibility
Imbed proactive booking management in the day-to-day cargo execution, ensuring best possible tonnage utilisation combined with maintaining high customer satisfaction
Managing internal and external relations ensuring that solutions and escalation of issues always can be done timely and efficiently
Be focused on keeping deadlines and at same time always have an eye on all details securing high quality and best in class service delivery, keeping cost impact in sight
Be driven by a continuous improvement culture, facilitate close cooperation between our departments and offices
Actively seek good customer relations, living the values of the company and seeking constant improvements in everything we do.
Profound experience from forwarding or container shipping
You speak at least one of the Scandinavia languages as well as English fluently
You hold operational skills as well as customer service experience
You work at high pace, and keep you head clear under challenging operational conditions
You respect deadlines and have a sense of urgency as well as focus on details
You are ready to challenge and document a process to optimise and seek improvement
You are motivated by achieving results and deliver best in class performance within both operation and customer service
Ideally you have 2-5 years of experience with transport planning.
